Bruce Willis’ daughter shares rare photos of the Die Hard star who suffers from dementia
Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of actors Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, recently shared a new rare photo with her father, who has frontotemporal dementia. In the picture, she and her sister Scout Willis are sitting next to their star dad.
The family got together for Thanksgiving, which American people celebrate on the fourth Thursday of November. In the photo Tallulah posted on Instagram, Bruce can be seen holding a sign that reads “Best Dad Ever”. “Grateful,” the daughter of the Die Hard star wrote in the post.
As a reminder, Willis’ illness became known in the spring of 2022. At first, the actor was diagnosed with aphasia, a disorder that affects a person’s communication. In an interview, the actor’s second wife Emma Heming spoke about the first symptom that signaled her husband’s dementia. As it turned out, the celebrity began to stutter. In the same year, Bruce announced the end of his acting career.
Already in 2023, it became known that Bruce suffers from an incurable disease, frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which affects memory and changes human behavior. Willis’s family, including his daughter and first wife Demi Moore, support him and occasionally share news about the star’s health with fans. According to the celebrity’s loved ones, he can no longer read books, although he used to be fond of literature. Bruce still recognizes his family and enjoys spending time with his little granddaughter.
